MAKING A COMPLAIN
If you are not satisfied with the printing item that you received, do contact us within 7 working days to report. We will not entertain any complains or disatisfaction after the 7 working day,

REPRINTING REQUEST
We will only reprint product after reviewing your request. However, we are not responsible for typing, image, color or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process . We are not responsible to review your designs or artwork before printing so do make sure that they are in proper condition before sending it to us.

COLOUR QUALITY 
The printing industry cannot guarantee a 100% process color accuracy and it is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a monitor color calibration has been done, there still will be a chance for color mismatch either cause by the paper type or the printer color profile. Even if the printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of color of the printed product will always slightly differ from the original artwork.

LEAD TIME
97% of the goods will be delivered on time, but if 1-2 days delay due to production, finishing works or transportation related issues, please bear with us. Virtue Productions will try to make it-up in soonest possible time. Customer is not allowed to use such delay to ask for cancellation, return or compensation.
